BIO OF PRINCIPAL
Mr. Goncalves help establish GonSosa Development as a boutique Real Estate Development firm where he currently oversees the development and investment operations of the company’s real estate portfolio. Mr. Goncalves brings a wealth of real estate development experience and maintains twenty years of business and development experience. Under Mr. Goncalves leadership, GonSosa has become one of the fastest-growing real estate development firms in New Jersey equipped to perform mid to large scale development and construction projects. Mr. Goncalves has shown a keen ability to anticipate market trends and has established a diverse portfolio indicative of one New Jersey’s most versatile young developers. Prior to GonSosa Development, Mr. Goncalves was a mortgage originator executing over $300 million dollars in mortgages and underwriting transactions.
